Discovery phase
Before diving into development, I focused on understanding the core needs of potential NeuralSight users and the industries it would serve. Through in-depth research, I analyzed use cases in security, media, and data analytics, evaluated existing AI analysis tools, and identified gaps such as limited custom criteria support and lack of real-time feedback. Ideation Development

This stage involved creating wireframes for both “Analyze Video” and “Analyze Image” flows, designing a sleek and intuitive interface, and defining backend workflows for real-time AI processing. The goal was to balance advanced analytical capabilities with a user-friendly experience that anyone could navigate with ease.
Development focused on integrating advanced computer vision models with a streamlined UI.
